Description

Enjoy our house signature BTC Chai. This is a special blend of premium Assam black tea and classic North Indian spices. Our masala chai offers a smooth, rich and spicy flavor profile with a warm, inviting aroma that will awaken your senses.

Ingredients

ASSAM BLACK TEA, CINNAMON, GINGER, CARDAMOM, CLOVES, STAR ANISE, FENNEL, BLACK
PEPPER, CHILI FLAKES, VANILLA

Additional Information

Brewing Instructions:

Step 1: Add 600ml of water to stovetop pot and bring water to boil.

Step 2: Once water is boiling, add 2 heaping tbsp of BTC Chai mix.

Step 3: Simmer for 5 min.

Step 4: Add whole milk and your choice of sweetener. We recommend maple syrup or raw honey. We also like to add some cream for decadence.

Step 5: Whisk together and simmer for additional 5 min.

Step 6: Use a strainer to strain the tea leaves out of the brew.

Step 7: Pour BTC Chai into teapot or mug.
